• Order details: the products you buy, delivery address, order history and payment references (never card numbers — we do not collect or store card data).
• Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Basic technical data needed to serve the site securely (such as IP address in server logs and login-protection records).

How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders, confirm stock, and send you order updates.
• To operate your account: sign-in, order history, tracking and security features.
• To respond when you contact us.
• To protect the site against fraud and abuse.
• We send marketing messages only if you subscribe, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run the shop on our behalf, under their own security commitments.

Cookies & local storage

• One essential cookie keeps you signed in to your account. It is not used for advertising.
• Your browser's local storage holds conveniences such as your cart and wishlist on your device.

Security & retention

Connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as strong one-way hashes. Staff access to customer data is role-restricted, with two-factor authentication available for staff accounts. We keep order records as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes, and account data for as long as your account exists.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account — contact IMBInfo@img.com.jo. We will respond within a reasonable period. Deleting your account does not delete order records we must keep for accounting.
