Terms & Conditions

These terms govern purchases and use of gearupmena.com, operated by Intermarkets Specialized Building Materials LLC. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders & stock confirmation

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is concluded when we confirm stock and availability — you will see the order status change and receive a confirmation.
  • When live stock is confirmed at checkout, payment may be requested immediately; otherwise you pay only after we confirm your order. You are never asked to pay for unconfirmed stock.
  • If an item turns out to be unavailable or a price was displayed in error, we will contact you to amend or cancel the affected line with a full refund of anything paid for it.

Prices & payment

  • Prices are in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) and include sales tax. Where an item shows a placeholder or 'price on request', the binding price is the one we confirm to you before payment.
  • Payment is by CliQ transfer to our published alias (IMBM) or any payment method shown at checkout. Your order ID is the payment reference.
  • Goods remain our property until paid in full.

Delivery

  • We deliver across Jordan, typically within 1–5 business days of payment confirmation; remote areas can take longer. Estimated dates shown on your order are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Please inspect the goods on delivery and report visible damage within 48 hours.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Accounts & acceptable use

  • Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.
  • You may not interfere with the site's operation or security, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Products, brands & content

  • Product information is provided with care; standards cited (EN ISO etc.) are per manufacturer documentation. Images may differ slightly from the delivered item.
  • GearUp is our house brand. Deli, Pattex, AAB and other third-party marks belong to their owners; we distribute their genuine products in Jordan.
  • Site content may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Jordanian law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or downtime. Safety equipment must be selected, used and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions and the requirements of your work site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
